Dr. Diane Schroeder received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic with an Honorary Award in the Philosophy of Chiropractic in March of 2014.  This accomplishment followed a life long passion for health, healing, and education.  Early in her career she taught children at the Rye Children’s House and at the York Montessori Friend’s School. Previous to teaching young children, she taught adults in a Drug and Alcohol Awareness Program for the Amethyst Foundation of New Hampshire.

 

Dr. Schroeder´s Bachelor Of Science Degree was received with Honors in 1981 in Community Health Education along with a Minor in Biology from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.

As a long time resident of Eliot, Maine, Dr. Diane's two sons were enrolled in the Marshwood school system, played school sports and graduated from Marshwood High School.  The eldest son is also a Chiropractor currently living and practicing in Berlin, Germany with his wife, also a Chiropractor.

​Licensed to practice Chiropractic in Maine, Dr. Diane uses both traditional hand adjustment techniques as well as the Arthro-stim instrument. She is adept at The Koren Specific Technique and is in the process of introducing Network Spinal Care to her Patients. 

Dr. Diane is certified to practice Auriculotherapy which uses an instrument that delivers a gentle electronic stimulation to the exterior of the ear.  Auriculotherapy is useful for stress reduction and addiction resolution.

The Chiropractic care of Migraine and Headache Patients remains one of her most successful specialties.  As a 25 year practitioner of Reiki, Dr. Diane combines energy work and upper cervical adjustments to create a particularly gentle and effective care program.

Low Back Pain, Herniated Discs, Fibromyalgia and Nutritional concerns have also been dealt with successfully.

Children are happily welcomed as young growing bodies heal quickly and damage from long held subluxations can be averted!
